Refund Policy
Understand the refund terms and processing guidance for Complexo purchases, enrollments, and memberships.
Live Webinars
- If a
webinar is cancelled or rescheduled by us, participants will be offered
either:
- Access
to the rescheduled event, or
- Access
to the webinar recording.
- If
you are unable to attend a live webinar, please notify us at least 24
hours before the scheduled start time.
- Eligible
participants may receive:
- A
credit valid for future training programs, or
- Conversion
of the registration to the recorded version.
Recorded Courses
- Due
to the digital nature of recorded content, refunds are generally not
available once access has been granted.
No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Failure
to attend a webinar.
- Technical
issues on the participant's device or internet connection.
- Failure
to review system requirements before registration.
- Requests
made after access to digital content has been provided.
